Der National Airlines Council of Canada (NACC), der Handelsverband der größten kanadischen Luftfahrtunternehmen, gab heute die Ernennung von Herrn Massimo Bergamini zum neuen Präsidenten und CEO mit Wirkung zum 5. Dezember 2016 bekannt.
„Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Massimo Bergamini dem NACC-Team beitritt, da er umfassendes öffentliches Interesse und Fachwissen in der Interessenvertretung mitbringt. Massimo ist seit mehr als 25 Jahren in den Bereichen Regierungsbeziehungen, Politik und öffentliche Angelegenheiten tätig und wir freuen uns darauf, mit seiner Führung und Anleitung die wichtige Arbeit unserer Organisation voranzutreiben“, sagte Mike McNaney, Vorsitzender des NACC-Vorstands.
Bevor er zum NACC kam, war Herr Bergamini Geschäftsführer der kanadischen akkreditierten Zoos und Aquarien (CAZA) und trug dazu bei, den Einfluss der Organisation auszubauen und ihr Profil in Kanada und im Ausland zu verbessern.
“Mr. Bergamini’s previous experience includes, founding, in 2008, InterChange Public Affairs, through which he provided government relations, communications and management consulting services to a broad range of clients, including federal, provincial and municipal governments as well as not- for-profit organizations. Prior to this, he managed government relations for the City of Montreal, where he headed its infrastructure lobby efforts. He also led the Federation of Canadian Municipalities’ national campaign for a New Deal for Cities as well as its push for long-term infrastructure funding.”
